Jacqueline Lam is a senior corporate executive at The Hong Kong Jockey Club. As its Head of Strategic Procurement, she leads a team of over 150 in Hong Kong and China to deliver value-based strategic sourcing solutions to the Club’s various corporate and business lines, overseeing the city’s largest procurement operation and major transformation initiatives for the Club.
Ms. Lam joined the Club as its Executive Manager, Supply Chain Strategy, charged with transforming its Supply Chain and Procurement functions into a strategic partner that adds value to the Club's business. Prior to joining The Hong Kong Jockey Club, Ms. Lam served in numerous management positions at The Airport Authority of Hong Kong, a company she spent 19 years of her career at. She has previously held leading positions in numerous divisions and departments including the Project Secretariat, Procurement Department, Terminal Leasing Department, Terminal Operations Department and Airport Management Division. Ms. Lam, before The Airport Authority of Hong Kong, was a key part of the Provisional Airport Authority, where she was involved the construction of Chep Lap Kok Airport.
Ms. Lam is a career chartered surveyor and has been active in the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, as well as various philanthropic groups.
