Anna Lo is a highly experienced retired human resources professional.
Well-known for her expertise in change management, talent engagement, human resources administration, and professional learning, Mrs. Lo has been the human resources leader for some of Hong Kong's most eminent companies. For 10 years, Mrs. Lo was the Head of Human Resources at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, after which she was recruited by the Airport Authority Hong Kong as the General Manager, Human Resources & Administration. Both positions reported directly to the Chief Executive Officer of each of the companies. After overhauling policies at the Authority, Mrs. Lo joined The University of Hong Kong as its first Director of Human Resources. She was tasked with setting up the entire human resources infrastructure at HKU until her retirement in 2013.
Mrs. Lo is also active in various philanthropic initiatives in Hong Kong. She is currently a Director and the Chairperson of the Human Resources Committee at the Society for the Aged. Mrs. Lo has also been an Honorary Career Advisor at The University of Hong Kong.
